LVT is hiring an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to serve as an integral member of its investment banking team. In this intermediate role, you will help clients raise capital, provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, and act as a trading intermediary.
What You'll Do
- Work with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) officers and professionals as a junior member of the Investment Banking team on client transactions.
- Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
- Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
- Conduct economic and financial research.
- Evaluate a company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends.
- Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Active Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Team & Environment
Works with senior BCMA officers and professionals as a junior member of the Investment Banking team, coordinated with the Institutional Banking team.

- Compensation range: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00.
