MFS is looking for an Investment Product Lead Analyst to support our investment strategies and enhance client communications. In this role, you’ll partner closely with a Senior Strategist to ensure our investment products are presented accurately and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming inquiries on MFS products across retail, institutional, and international sales channels.
- Run and evaluate portfolio data, interpret performance attribution analyses, and understand investment philosophy to formulate investment themes.
- Aid in client asset retention by responding to product-related inquiries from clients, consultants, and financial advisors.
- Lead the creation of product-related materials like presentations and attribution letters, and support the development of product profiles and competitive analysis.
- Interface with other MFS groups, including Investment Management, Compliance, Legal, and Client Service, to maintain strong relationships.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase workflow efficiencies.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent investment industry experience.
- 5-6+ years of investment marketing and communications experience with a strong background in presenting analytical investment information and economic trends.
- Appropriate license registrations as required by MFS licensing policy.
Nice to Have
- Advancement toward an MBA and/or CFA.
- A global perspective and/or language skills.
- Working knowledge of investment strategies and markets.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong relationship management expertise.
Team & Environment
This role works closely with the Senior Strategist - Investment Product Specialist and partners with multiple internal groups.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $98,500.00 - $141,500.00
