The Environmental Protection Authority is looking for an Analyst to join our School Property group. In this role, you’ll bring together the insights that guide long-term investment decisions and upgrade programmes, creating lasting impact through thoughtful, evidence-based planning.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with regional property teams, external stakeholders, Treasury and colleagues across School Property to bring together insights.
- Guide long term investment decisions and upgrade programmes.
- Role model good portfolio management practice and investment approaches.
- Work to increase capability across the business.
- Coordinate programmes of work and work closely with managers to ensure deliverables are met.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge and experience in governance processes and drafting papers for senior leaders.
- Ability to coordinate programmes of work and work closely with managers to ensure deliverables are met.
- Ability to work with a wide range of people, including senior managers and team members.
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.

You will be part of the School Property group, reporting to the Manager – Investment.

- Compensation: $74,815 - $90,347 per annum.
