Zurich Canada is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for reporting within the global ‘Reporting and Analytics’ community of Group Investment Management. You will collaborate with business users across different countries to translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions, analyzing business processes, complex data, and financial systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support initiatives and projects focused on both new and existing business intelligence solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools.
- Assess business requirements for reporting and analytics, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive impact analyses with an end-to-end perspective of the application landscape.
- Drive continual improvement of reporting processes, services, and infrastructure.
- Provide support and training to end-users to address global reporting needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, governance protocols, and data quality measures.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
