HSBC Group seeks an Investment Banking Analyst to join its Advisory MENAT team in Dubai. You will play a key role executing M&A and other transactions, including IPOs, while contributing to divisional business targets in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Execute M&A and other investment banking transactions, with particular focus on IPOs.
Run research and prepare internal memos.
Prepare and deliver client presentations for pitches and live deals.
Build and utilize detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow and other relative valuation methodologies.
Draft materials including teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
Participate in due diligence processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Support more senior bankers in the team.

What We're Looking For

A graduation degree, which is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).

Nice to Have

Experience in an investment bank or boutique.
Strong and proven finance foundations.
Professional and personal presence; ability to actively participate in internal and external discussions and present well-developed narratives.
Mastery of verbal, written, listening, and non-verbal communication skills.
Initiative and sound judgment; proactive attitude; ability to work well as part of a team.
A constant desire to further develop existing skills and accumulate new ones.

Team & Environment

You will join the Advisory team within Capital Markets & Advisory, focusing on M&A while supporting other investment banking products.

Work Mode

This role is onsite in Dubai.
