Handshake is seeking experienced Investment Banking professionals for a flexible, hourly contract role to support AI research. This is not a traditional full-time position. You will apply your hands-on industry expertise to help improve how artificial intelligence understands and articulates complex professional tasks and language.
What You'll Do
- Develop industry-specific prompts and scenarios for AI training.
- Evaluate and assess the quality of Large Language Model (LLM) responses using your professional experience.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years working as an Analyst or Associate in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Hands-on professional experience with financial modeling, valuation, pitch material creation, and deal execution workflows.
