Responsibilities
- You own availability and service level performance at warehouse and channel level, analyzing deviations and driving concrete improvement actions
- You steer allocation across our warehouses and distribution channels, ensuring stock is available where and when it's needed
- You track progress on Value Added Services (VAS) activities, prioritizing and escalating as needed in close coordination with Logistics
- You validate Amazon Vendor orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- You own root cause analysis on availability, preparing it for our monthly Executive S&OP meeting as well as weekly alignment with B2B commercial stakeholders
- You contribute inventory health insights and help execute optimization actions
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in inventory, replenishment, or supply planning, or in a comparable data-focused role
- You have a data-driven way of working and use data to derive clear insights and actionable recommendations related to availability and service levels
- You are a team player with a hands-on mindset and strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable prioritizing across competing demands
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and proactively drive your topics forward
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You speak both English and German fluently
