HireHawk is hiring an Inventory & Demand Planner to ensure operational efficiency and healthy cash flow. You will forecast product demand, track inventory accuracy, and support purchasing decisions, working cross-functionally to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Maintain ≥ 98% SKU-level inventory accuracy across sales channels.
- Deliver forecasts within ±10% variance through continuous data analysis.
- Coordinate purchasing recommendations aligned with sales and marketing plans.
- Generate weekly inventory and turnover reports for leadership review.
- Communicate actionable insights that improve forecast reliability and decision speed.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in inventory planning or demand forecasting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data models).
- Experience with mainstream ERP or inventory management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
