Primary Function:
The Senior Director of Health Policy, Implementation Science and Patient Access Research will lead the Health Policy and Patient Access Research Center of Excellence. This executive role manages leadership oversight for key functions including Health Policy Analysis, Implementation Science, and Patient Access Research.
The position involves cross-functional collaboration with Global Public Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Business Leadership, and Corporate Strategy. Responsibilities include developing programs and initiatives that inform policy development, assess healthcare trends, engage stakeholders, and design implementation pilots.
Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee COE goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Facilitate strategic planning for workstreams
- Lead internal and external awareness of health equity activities
- Support research on adoption and sustainability of evidence-based practices
- Provide implementation strategy consultation
- Stay current with implementation science advances
- Mentor junior staff in research methods
- Lead patient access research
- Explore and procure research data assets
- Facilitate research partnerships
- Pilot demonstration projects addressing healthcare inequities

Required Education and Training:

- Proven performance in diverse healthcare environments
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Ability to travel 30% of time
