VirtuHire is looking for an Interview Specialist to guide candidates through mock interviews and coaching sessions, helping them present their best selves. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and ensure candidates are prepared.

- Guide candidates through mock interviews and coaching sessions to help them clearly communicate their qualifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique requirements of each role.
- Offer valuable insights and constructive feedback to improve candidates’ interview confidence and technique.
- Support a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
What We're Looking For
- A fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
- Organized, dependable, and professional in your approach.
- Familiar with common remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
Nice to Have
- A general understanding of technical topics like Java, React, AWS, or similar.
