Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Ukrainian (C1 level) in both spoken and written form
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level) in both spoken and written form
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must be a citizen of the European Union or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
- Capacity to maintain neutrality and objectivity during emotionally or legally sensitive discussions
- Excellent listening comprehension, memory retention, and structured note-taking abilities
- Willingness to work rotating shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage
Nice to Have
- Formal education in linguistics, translation, interpretation, or a closely related discipline
- Prior experience delivering interpretation or call center support in regulated or sensitive environments
- Knowledge of terminology used in insurance, legal, and medical fields
