About the Role

The role involves managing and expanding a network of sales partners and distributors in the region, ensuring alignment with sales targets and market growth objectives through proactive engagement and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners in assigned territory
  • Manage existing channel relationships to maximize sales performance
  • Develop joint business plans with key partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region
  • Ensure partners adhere to pricing and branding guidelines
  • Deliver sales training and product knowledge sessions
  • Track and report on channel sales metrics monthly
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with partners
  • Resolve conflicts between distributors when necessary
  • Support partners in lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of partner interactions
  • Forecast regional sales on a quarterly basis
  • Align partner goals with company objectives
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and partners
  • Drive adoption of new product launches through channel
  • Evaluate partner performance using KPIs
  • Organize and attend regional trade events
  • Provide feedback from partners to product teams
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • Assist in setting regional sales targets
  • Promote brand consistency across all partner outlets
  • Liaise with marketing for localized campaigns
  • Optimize channel mix for market coverage
  • Escalate partner concerns to senior management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio
