About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership review
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives

- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts or challenges
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal teams or external partners
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and discussions
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables from leadership meetings
- Support special projects with cross-functional coordination and documentation
- Streamline administrative processes to improve executive efficiency
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking with accuracy and timeliness
- Act as a liaison during executive onboarding and transition periods
- Ensure consistent messaging across executive communications
- Prepare briefing materials and talking points ahead of key engagements
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of executive commitments
- Support board-related activities including document preparation and coordination
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for executive documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
