Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and document client progress and outcomes
  • Provide direct therapy to clients as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct skill acquisition programs
  • Provide consultation and support to educational and community settings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
  • Maintain certification and licensure requirements
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to students and trainees
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
