Responsibilities
- Collaborate on territory planning to enhance vertical alignment, target key account use cases, and execute effectively
- Contribute insights to account executives during planning based on territory strategy and recommendations
- Ensure all strategic recommendations align with core value principles
- Partner with account teams, clients, and external partners to illustrate the benefits of digital transformation and support strategic development
- Coordinate with service consultants and specialist consultants on capability roadmaps to gain alignment and guide team efforts according to the engagement model
- Train and mentor account executives, account development representatives, and customer engagement specialists on specialty solutions to uncover opportunities and advance sales processes
- Adjust time allocation dynamically to meet the evolving needs of the territory and account team, while recognizing team achievements
- Promote diversity and inclusion to foster a supportive and equitable work environment
