About the Role

This is a 10-month part-time internship at Salesforce, Inc. in Oslo, starting in September, as part of the Futureforce University Recruiting program. You'll work 10–15 hours per week in a hybrid model—4 days in the office, 1 day remote—contributing to real business challenges while gaining mentorship, training, and global collaboration opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Dig deep into how a company operates and identify their pain points
  • Configure tailored product demonstrations that show customers a better way to work
  • Become a master of the 'discovery' process by asking the right questions
  • Translate technical features into real-world business value for organizations
  • Navigate the Norwegian market by researching key industries
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their digital needs
  • Learn world-class sales methodologies
  • Help local businesses become more customer-centric

What We're Looking For

  • Currently in the final year of university
  • Norwegian-speaking
  • Applying for no more than 3 roles within 12 months to avoid duplication

Nice to Have

  • For Solutions Engineering: academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other adjacent disciplines
  • For Sales & Business Development: any academic background including Business, Tech, Humanities, or Science
  • Tinkerer mindset with ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Enjoy challenges and blending technical curiosity with client-facing work
  • High-energy, resilient communicator
  • Driven by goals and enjoys opening new doors
