BRF is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. This internship provides a structured opportunity to apply academic learning to real-world business challenges, with direct supervision from an experienced professional. What You'll Do
- Prepare materials for meetings.
- Handle public assistance and inquiries.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Accompany and assist in activities within the operational sector under the supervision of an area professional.
- Identify business opportunities and correlate them with knowledge acquired in academic training applicable to the area of operation.
- If applicable, develop a Supervised Internship Project related to the activities carried out during the internship under the guidance of a professional in the field.
What We're Looking For
- Skill with reports, graphs, and the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Higher Education - currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Administration, Executive Secretariat, or related fields.
