marmot is looking for an intern for our Swiss wealth manager dedicated to women and their families. This 3-6 month internship, starting August 2025, offers a highly motivated individual at the beginning of their career hands-on experience across investment, marketing, sales, and compliance within our mission-driven firm.
What You'll Do
- Support investment processes by assisting in maintaining and curating portfolios aligned with diversification, cost-efficiency, and independence.
- Collaborate on creating educational materials and marketing content that promote financial literacy.
- Work on campaigns and initiatives to create engaging content that attracts prospective clients within the female financial ecosystem.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives, working closely with team members across investment, marketing, and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in wealth management, investing, building client relationships, and entrepreneurialism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for the mission to close the financial gender gap and empower women in wealth management.
- Fluent in English (required); German (C1) (required).
- Must be legally eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems and investment software such as Morningstar Direct is a plus.
