Groupe Rocher is seeking an Internship: Assistant Project Manager - Retail Communications to join our dynamic Retail Expertise team. This formative internship places you at the intersection of all our headquarters services and the boutique network, offering a comprehensive view of retail operations.
What You'll Do
- Write and distribute the weekly newsletter to boutiques in French and English.
- Create and publish communications for commercial operations via Yoobic and YEXT.
- Develop and anticipate 360° support materials for commercial campaigns.
- Communicate these materials to boutiques and relevant internal teams.
- Create and manage boutique challenges, including communication supports and reward tracking.
- Update and distribute retail network tracking documents (sectorization, organizational chart).
- Coordinate logistics for semi-annual international seminars and roadshows (room bookings, participant follow-up).
- Manage goodies and podium gifts for the top-performing boutiques each season.
- Prepare presentation materials in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track parcel shipments and manage specific orders (speaker t-shirts, event equipment).
- Maintain event-related budgets and invoices.
- Handle on-site logistics and animation during events.
- Manage team uniforms: selection, communication, distribution, and order tracking.
- Monitor daily field reports and process boutique anomalies.
- Extract and format weekly reports from regional managers.
- Coordinate headquarters staff reinforcements in boutiques during sales and inventory periods.
What We're Looking For
- Student in business school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in marketing, communication, or commerce.
- Comfortable with digital tools and database management (Canva, SharePoint, Yoobic, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for exchanges with international teams and partners.
- Organized, autonomous, rigorous, with good adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit to interact with various internal teams and the boutique network.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in retail is a plus.
- Aware of CSR issues and interested in environmental impact within the retail sector.
