Allianz is looking for an Intern to join our Affinity & Digital Partnership team. In this role, you will support strategic partnerships and digital product distribution initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to digital insurance distribution strategy and data-driven decision making. You'll be instrumental in helping the team analyze market opportunities and optimize our digital platform growth.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth execution of partnership and digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential digital platforms, ecosystem partners, and new partnership opportunities for online insurance distribution.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and industry development in the digital insurance and embedded insurance ecosystem.
- Assist in analyzing customer trends, partner performance, and campaign results using internal data and external sources.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and illustrate findings for internal discussions and management updates.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Interest in digital business models, partnerships, and the insurance industry.
- Ability to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3-6 months.
