DID Global is hiring an International Sales Manager

About the Role

Lead the expansion of our international B2B client network as an International Sales Manager. You will identify new business opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients, and guide them through the sales journey using phone, email, and digital platforms. Your role is central to growing our global footprint by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage new clients to broaden our international reach
  • Assess client requirements and recommend suitable service offerings
  • Develop and sustain long-term partnerships throughout the client lifecycle
  • Address concerns, provide expert consultation, and prepare customized proposals
  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets and performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline within the CRM system
  • Communicate effectively through calls, messages, emails, and online platforms

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of two years in a sales role with proven results
  • Strong English skills at B2+ level for international correspondence
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian to support clients in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, and the Baltic states
  • Experience with CRM tools and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Effective negotiation, listening, and objection-handling abilities
  • A self-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
