What You'll Do
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for international roles, tailoring your approach based on client needs in the pharmaceutical sector. You’ll proactively identify qualified candidates using digital platforms, including job boards and professional networks, and conduct initial interviews via phone or video.
Use structured assessments to evaluate applicants, scoring results according to role-specific criteria. Accurately maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity throughout the hiring process. Build and sustain relationships with potential hires, keeping a pipeline of talent ready for future opportunities.
