Binance is looking for an International Operations - P2P specialist to manage and scale our peer-to-peer trading platform on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction across international markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the P2P trading platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale P2P services in new and existing international markets.
- Monitor platform performance and user activity to ensure a secure and compliant trading environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including compliance, customer support, and product development.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive platform improvements and feature development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or peer-to-peer platforms.
- Strong understanding of P2P trading mechanics, cryptocurrency markets, and associated regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
