Natalie Felsinger Consulting is seeking an International Growth Manager (m/f/d) to lead the international scaling of a successful B2C Direct-to-Patient brand for a leading European HealthTech client. This strategical, hands-on role focuses on the operational steering and success of market launches, with an initial focus on France.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end international market launches, with an initial focus on France.
- Analyze new markets, including regulations, competitive environment, go-to-market strategies, and B2C mechanics.
- Develop and refine a practical country-launch playbook.
- Operationally steer the international launch project in close coordination with Marketing, Brand, Operations, and Legal.
- Translate strategic goals into concrete implementation measures.
- Independently identify, test, and validate what works in each respective market.
- Work closely with the executive management.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in internationalization, expansion, or market launches.
- Proven experience with B2C products.
- A very high hands-on mentality and operational work style, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- German and English language skills at a C1 level.
- Very good French language skills.
- An all-rounder mindset covering analysis, project management, communication, and implementation.
Nice to Have
- Experience having taken a product or company from Germany to France, or from France to Germany.
Team & Environment
You will work in close coordination with Marketing, Brand, Operations, Legal, and executive management.
