Leadeffect GmbH is hiring an Account Manager / Projekt Manager im B2B Online-Marketing. You will guide customer projects from planning through successful implementation, building strong, long-term relationships. You'll grow professionally into a B2B marketing expert, with opportunities to take on more responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Steer customer projects end-to-end and coordinate all tasks using tools like Asana.
- Take responsibility for customer relationships and strategically develop projects.
- Accompany customers from initial kick-off to reporting as their main point of contact.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies and drive implementation with your team.
- Present strategies convincingly and win customers over to your ideas and concepts.
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and results to ensure measurable project progress.
- Bring internal teams and freelancers together for efficient, equal collaboration.
- Develop into a B2B marketing expert to build increasingly effective customer strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer support (minimum 2 years).
- Experience in project management (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of using digital tools and platforms.
- Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills with customers and within the team.
- Reliable, organized way of working in planning and managing projects.
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and a willingness to develop further.
- Ability to understand target group insights and complex IT products.
- Performance orientation and commitment to your area of responsibility.
- German C2 or native level, English business level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in online marketing, in the B2B and/or IT & software sector.
- Basic understanding of digital workflows and remote working.
- No degree requirement: performance counts, not title.

Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 1-10 employees. You will have support from a Marketing Manager responsible for the channel level of customer projects.

- Attractive annual salary of 50,000 - 65,000 € (depending on experience, base full-time 40h).
