PREDICT was looking for a Growth Consultant (B2B Sales)

PREDICT is hiring a Growth Consultant (B2B Sales). In this role, you will start as a Pipeline Rep, generating pipeline through a mix of warm leads and proactive outbound hunting. Top performers have a defined path to progress to Discovery Rep and Closer roles.

What You'll Do

  • Generate pipeline as your primary focus.
  • Convert daily warm responses from our PREDICT OS AI system for signal-based outbound.
  • Conduct active outbound hunting via email, LinkedIn, and optionally phone.
  • Book Discovery Calls.
  • Shadow the CEO in meetings and receive direct coaching.
  • Learn and implement feedback immediately.

What We're Looking For

  • No fear of rejection.
  • Willingness to work harder than most can imagine.
  • Athlete or former athlete background; physical fitness and discipline are extremely important.
  • Hunger to learn and implement feedback immediately.
  • Ability to act and adjust without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • No need for a high base salary as a safety net; desire for maximum upside from performance.
  • Speak German at a native level.

Nice to Have

  • B2B sales experience is a nice-to-have.

Team & Environment

We are an eight-person company building the sales team with the founders. You will report to and receive direct coaching from CEO Levin.
