PREDICT is hiring a Growth Consultant (B2B Sales). In this role, you will start as a Pipeline Rep, generating pipeline through a mix of warm leads and proactive outbound hunting. Top performers have a defined path to progress to Discovery Rep and Closer roles.
What You'll Do
- Generate pipeline as your primary focus.
- Convert daily warm responses from our PREDICT OS AI system for signal-based outbound.
- Conduct active outbound hunting via email, LinkedIn, and optionally phone.
- Book Discovery Calls.
- Shadow the CEO in meetings and receive direct coaching.
- Learn and implement feedback immediately.

We are an eight-person company building the sales team with the founders. You will report to and receive direct coaching from CEO Levin.
