HOPN UG is hiring a International Business Developer to spearhead the creation and monetization of academic partnerships. In this remote, commission-based role, you will be instrumental in building revenue-generating collaborations, such as joint programs and research initiatives, between universities in Europe and the Middle East.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage universities and educational institutions for potential collaborations.
- Develop and implement strategies to monetize partnerships, including dual-degree programs, training services, and licensing agreements.
- Lead discussions and finalize agreements with partner institutions.
- Analyze trends in higher education to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in academia and related sectors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in education or academia.
- Track record of successfully closing partnership deals.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
