Responsibilities
- Assist clients in aligning their business operations with the capabilities of a cloud-based SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with a leading-edge sales and reservation system designed for rail transport providers.
- Configure and implement the SaaS solution for rail operators, tailoring core business workflows within a versatile software environment.
- Connect legacy systems to the SaaS platform, including customer-facing interfaces and backend enterprise systems.
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with team members at the office location.
- Perform duties remotely with scheduling flexibility as part of a blended work model.
- Contribute to global expansion by delivering system implementations, leading live workshops, and providing on-location consulting and training.
