Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MA, MC, MSc, MRFT, MSW) and licensed to practice counseling in your jurisdiction
- At least 3 years of postgraduate experience delivering structured counseling or psychotherapy
- Current full registration with the relevant licensing board or professional association for your practice location(s), allowing independent work without supervision, and no current, past, or pending disciplinary actions
- Experience with and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, promoting skills practice)
- Ability to work with adult clients
- Must have an office space to see clients in person
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
Nice to Have
- Specialization in trauma, neurodiversity, women’s health, or chronic or acute health conditions
- Experience working with children, couples, and families
- Proficiency in providing counseling in multiple languages
