PartsBase Inc. is looking for an International Account Manager to cultivate and develop relationships with current PartsBase members using a consultative sales approach. In this role, you will manage annual contract renewals and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a team-focused, inclusive organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within PartsBase’s international market.
- Work closely with key contacts within the customer’s organization to identify growth opportunities and expand the scope of services provided.
- Create impactful customer connections through insights and education via demos and presentations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, proactively identify issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to control client churn and maximize retention rates.
What We're Looking For
- Full proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent of 2 years working experience in sales and account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ORO, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Quota carrying inside sales or business development experience.
- Additional fluency in French.
