Gram Precision SL is hiring an Internal Sales Representative to join our fast-growing e-commerce division focused on the DACH region. In this key role, you will support online sales operations in Germany and Austria by providing expert technical guidance and converting customer inquiries into orders.
What You'll Do
- Provide clear and knowledgeable guidance to customers on the best weighing solutions for their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, actively converting inquiries into orders.
- Enter customer orders into systems and ensure excellent after-sales support via phone and email.
- Learn and continuously deepen your understanding of products to deliver added value.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams on strategy, product developments, and customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with technical or technological products is essential.
- Comfortable understanding and explaining complex products to customers.
- Native-level German is required.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Solid understanding of digital tools (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce platforms, email support systems).
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or online customer interactions.
- English or Spanish proficiency.
