Weir Minerals is hiring an Internal Sales Administrator

Weir Minerals is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to be a key support function for our Sales team and Product Manager. In this role, you will provide the project coordination and administrative backbone needed for timely and efficient sales delivery to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and other communications.
• Maintain professional and effective communication channels within the product management team.
• Support the Product Manager in organizing and maintaining product-related documentation.
• Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
• Manage the sales order variation process, tracking progress and communicating planning impact to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager in monitoring project timelines and updating project management tools.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world class safety culture.

What We're Looking For

• Proven work experience in a similar role, in particular the management, population and administration of a CRM database.
• Strong English-verbal and written language skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as Product Catalogs, datasheets, project documentation, and sales enquiries.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with employees of the organization.
• Mathematical ability: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP C4S is an advantage.
