Aimpoint Digital is hiring an Internal Reporting Analyst to own and manage our internal data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma. In this role, you will develop robust data models, optimize data workflows, and create actionable dashboards to support internal business operations and decision-making across the company.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain the internal data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma.
Design, develop, and maintain data models in dbt to support reporting and analytics across business functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Build and maintain Sigma dashboards to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to internal users.
Manage the rollout of analytical use cases from pilot, testing, to production including change management, documentation, and enablement.
Monitor data quality and ensure integrity, governance, and best practices across systems.
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements within data pipelines.
Act as the go-to expert for leadership on leveraging internal data to make strategic business decisions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing or a similar BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Proficient in SQL and experience optimizing data queries for performance.
Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern data stack best practices.
Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and pipeline architecture.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clear visualizations.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
