Join Zions Bancorporation as an Internal Product Manager and play a key role in our digital transformation. You will leverage a blend of technical and product skills to support our current forms infrastructure and help shape the future of our digital onboarding experience, particularly within banking and treasury management.
What You'll Do
- Own and champion the continuous development of an internal technology product or product group.
- Act as the single point of contact for strategic decisions, priorities, and scope for one or more agile teams.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap and represent the vision in program increment planning.
- Manage product backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization, informed by data analytics and ROI.
- Define epics, compartmentalize requirements, and work with product owners to establish acceptance criteria.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to measure success, ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure development aligns with SSDLC and Architecture standards.
- Represent and ensure product vision and strategy are aligned with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and trends for internal products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback on product requirements and use cases.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and refinement, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on internal technology products.
- Several years of experience in banking or financial services technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing internal technology products and agile teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced knowledge of software and product development methodologies, including Scaled Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and influence skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of product owners and analysts.
- Strong analytical skills to use data for informed decisions and budget management.
- Passion for financial services and technology and a desire to stay current with trends.
- Bachelor's degree; a combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

This role is onsite. Locations include Mesa, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; Houston, Texas; and Midvale, Utah.
