We are seeking a world-class Internal Communications Lead to design and lead Lovable’s global internal communications strategy. This person will build the company’s internal comms infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring alignment, engagement, and cultural cohesion as Lovable scales globally with a mission to democratize software creation.
What You'll Do
- Design and launch Lovable's internal communications foundation, including Slack governance, channel strategy, and information architecture to support our scaling global team
- Own and elevate flagship communication moments such as weekly kickoffs and monthly all-hands into must-attend experiences that reinforce culture, celebrate wins, and maintain alignment on our mission
- Partner with leadership on change management during the transition from single-office to globally distributed team, crafting communications that maintain cultural cohesion across Stockholm, Boston, and San Francisco
- Create clarity on vision and strategy by developing compelling narratives and content cadences that ensure every employee understands where Lovable is going, how we'll get there, and their role in achieving our goals
- Establish measurement and feedback loops using surveys and analytics to track engagement, readership, and sentiment, and use data to continuously improve internal communications
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with People, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure major launches, organizational changes, and cultural initiatives are communicated effectively internally before going external
- Build the employee content engine by personally creating and overseeing production of weekly updates, monthly newsletters, executive communications, and special announcements that balance transparency with strategic discretion
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years building and scaling internal communications at fast-growing technology companies
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable communication frameworks, processes, and channels from scratch
- Track record of advising and coaching C-suite executives on internal messaging
- Strong operational and project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across time zones
- Deep fluency in Slack-heavy environments, modern collaboration tools, and AI-powered productivity platforms
- Exceptional ability to navigate and bridge different cultural contexts, particularly European and US, with cultural intelligence to adapt messaging while preserving Lovable's direct, fast-moving Swedish roots
- Ability to translate complex product developments and technical milestones into compelling narratives that inspire
