Highmark Inc. is looking for an Internal Business Systems Analyst to provide deep support for specific system applications. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, handling user inquiries and driving enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Work with customers, Application Developers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
- Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design.
- Participate actively in the full project lifecycle on project teams as needed.
- Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, schedules, and defect management, to minimize production defects.
- Ensure compliance for required standards and obtain all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run system reports and create ad-hoc reports, pulling data from various sources to analyze system performance.
- Effectively communicate project status, enable vendor solutions, and provide accurate documentation to team members, customers, partners, and management.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 - 5 years in a relevant operational area (e.g., customer service, claims, enrollment and billing)
- 1 - 3 years of technical application experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration/Management
- 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare Industry
- 1 - 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma
- (Lean) Six Sigma certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $50,200.00 - $91,200.00
