Allianz is hiring an Intern

Allianz is offering a year-long internship within its fast-paced marketing function. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the execution of UK and Global Clients marketing plans, working closely with the team head. This London-based role provides exposure to the Northern Europe Marketing team and the wider EMEA and Global Product Solutions and Marketing function.

What You'll Do

• Support delivery on strategic and tactical marketing plans for relevant client segments.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adapting materials to meet local compliance needs.
• Support the planning and execution of event schedules, including webinars, roadshows, roundtables, and client events.
• Support the scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of email marketing and social media posts across corporate channels.
• Maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with campaigns.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all materials and activities comply with local regulations.
• Track campaign activity, input updates into internal tracking tools, and assist with reporting where needed.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks including asset organisation, approvals, research, and internal communications.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards within all marketing outputs.
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and general market trends, suggesting programme enhancements where relevant.
• Build relationships and actively collaborate with team members within valued partnered teams; marketing, distribution, compliance, product, investments.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or university experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
