As an intern in the Mergers & Acquisitions advisory practice, you will actively support cross-border transactions connecting Germany and Korea. From day one, you’ll take ownership of meaningful tasks within live deals, contributing to financial due diligence, enterprise valuation, and company analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end transaction processes, including purchase price analysis and financial factbook preparation
- Review financial data and business performance to help shape client recommendations
- Assist in developing insights for Korean-speaking clients and bilateral deal opportunities
- Collaborate with teams on company presentations and financial reports
- Engage directly in projects, gaining hands-on experience in valuation and accounting practices
What We’re Looking For
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in business, economics, law, or a related field, having completed your Bachelor’s degree. Strong academic performance and a proactive mindset are essential. Fluency in Korean, German, and English is required, along with a readiness to travel as needed.
- Advanced studies in business administration, economics, law, or a combined program with a business focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in three languages
- Self-driven approach with attention to detail and initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Interest in accounting, valuation, and transaction advisory
