Allianz is looking for an Intern in Data Office Project Management to support the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives within our Data Office. You'll work with agile methodologies to help ensure project success and contribute to our digital evolution efforts.
What You'll Do
- Support the management and execution of projects, contributing to the organization, progress, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Work with agile methodologies, participating in and presenting at ceremonies to ensure fluid communication between teams.
- Monitor demands and updates in Jira, tracking status, deadlines, risks, and implementation results.
- Support sprint tracking and performance indicators, contributing to analysis and continuous improvements.
- Participate in meetings with client areas and squads, assisting in the construction of deliverables, presentations, and directions.
- Work on Data Office digital evolution initiatives, including data collection and organization for insight generation.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in exact sciences and technology areas, such as Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Must be enrolled in night period classes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel for spreadsheet control.
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Basic notions of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Jira tool.
- Intermediate English.
- Initial knowledge of data tools or concepts.

This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo/SP (Pinheiros – a 200 metros do metrô).
