Parsons Transportation Group is hiring a Mid-Level Intel Analyst to join our Federal Solutions team. In this role, you will provide critical intelligence analysis support to ongoing and ad-hoc initiatives, addressing specific gaps and threats. You will serve as a key resource on all aspects of terrorist watchlisting nominations and encounters.

What You'll Do

Serve as a resource for all aspects of terrorist watchlisting nominations, focusing on the review and approval process, quality assurance, and data integrity for inclusion in electronic systems.
Perform highly complex analytical functions relative to compliance with various laws, executive orders, directives, and policies.
Act as a resource for all customer-centric watchlisting matters.
Ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage for all critical areas to meet priorities set by customer leadership.
Serve as a resource in matters related to terrorist watchlist encounters, focusing on identity resolution, review, data integrity, and information inclusion.
Perform extraordinarily complex and detailed analytical functions for compliance.
Create and properly document activities in accordance with established policies and processes.
Quickly develop knowledge of the customer’s structure, missions, functions, policies, and programs to assess the impact of findings.
Quickly understand customer program goals, objectives, timelines, and evaluation methods.

What We're Looking For

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness and complex management processes.
Knowledge of applicable research, survey, and analysis theories, principles, practices, and techniques.
Knowledge of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to customer programs.
