Responsibilities
- Work with client teams, engineering groups, and field operations to address technical problems reported from customer sites.
- Support program success by detecting immediate and future challenges, sharing relevant insights, and proposing viable solutions.
- Foster client relationships by understanding their needs, managing expectations, and reporting progress to leadership.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in client communication systems while coordinating with sales, engineering, and field teams.
- Create testing and demonstration strategies, execute them, and deliver comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Author technical components of responses to requests for information, proposals, and similar client inquiries.
- Maintain deep familiarity with company products to support the achievement of program goals.
- Collaborate with product development by sharing insights from integration and testing experiences.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
