About the Role
This role ensures smooth client intake by gathering and verifying information, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering a seamless experience for new clients in the region.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate client information during onboarding
- Communicate clearly with clients in both English and Spanish
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in intake forms
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve onboarding issues
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data
- Follow established procedures for documentation and verification
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when needed
- Track and update case statuses in the internal system
- Provide feedback to improve intake processes
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Manage high volumes of intake requests efficiently
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in training for new tools and protocols
- Work within service level agreements for response times
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in intake or onboarding roles
- Knowledge of Latin American business practices
- Experience in legal or professional services sectors
- Higher education in business or related field
- Certification in customer service or administration
