About the Role

The ideal candidate will empower property managers and hospitality teams by teaching effective use of digital tools, ensuring smooth integration into daily workflows while fostering confidence and long-term success with the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one onboarding sessions for new users
  • Customize training plans based on individual business needs
  • Demonstrate software features related to guest communication and booking management
  • Monitor client progress during initial implementation phases
  • Identify user challenges and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with support teams to escalate technical issues
  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding materials
  • Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Adapt communication style for diverse global clients
  • Promote best practices in guest experience management
  • Track onboarding completion rates and success metrics
  • Assist with translating training content when needed
  • Stay current with product updates and feature releases
  • Use video conferencing and screen-sharing tools effectively

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with property management systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations workflows
  • Certification in adult education or instructional design
  • Experience coaching remote teams or individuals
  • Background in technical support for software products

  • Lead personalized onboarding journeys for new clients using video calls and digital tools
  • Help users understand key workflows including reservations, guest messaging, and reporting

  • Ensure clients feel confident managing their operations independently
