Responsibilities
- Prospect into targeted lists (greenfield and dormant accounts).
- Conduct outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial/demo signups.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, focusing on attendance and follow-up.
- Leverage customer intelligence to tailor messaging, identify pain points, and personalize offers.
- Track and report on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer growth role (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and written skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Driven, coachable, and excited about solving customer problems.
