Insurity is looking for a Quality Analyst to advance quality across our Bureau, Underwriting & Issuance product areas. You will thrive in a hybrid QA/BA role, ensuring product quality while analyzing business workflows and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Plan, design, and execute test plans for complex business solutions, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate business, functional, and non-functional requirements, analyze gaps, and ensure clarity and testability.
- Analyze and report test execution results, create detailed documentation, and champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills, a QA mindset, or robust BA capabilities with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- 2+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in the insurance industry.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Skills in backend testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, familiarity with UI automation, expertise in requirement documentation, and the ability to leverage AI tools.
- Knowledge of JSON and XML.
