Jerry.ai is looking for a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to help prospective customers understand and choose the right insurance policies. You'll be the expert guide for customers coming inbound from our mobile or web app, helping them select from our portfolio of 55+ carrier partners. Our mission is to help car owners save time and money, and this role is central to delivering on that promise.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
- Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy
- Provide attentive, high energy conversation that shows we are actively engaged in finding the best policy for each customer
