Prematch is looking for an Insurance Portal Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of critical insurance payer portals. You will be the primary point for monitoring access, troubleshooting submission errors, and coordinating resolutions to keep our revenue cycle management processes running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Monitor insurance payer portals regularly to ensure accessibility and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues, including login problems, claim submission errors, or downtime.
- Coordinate with IT teams or payer representatives to resolve technical issues or platform malfunctions.
- Create new insurance portal logins for claim status, EOBs, enrollment, and other functions.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate in any field.
- Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
- Proficiency with payer portals such as Availity, NaviNet, and Trizetto.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims submission or portal functionality.
