Responsibilities
- Resolve material and non-material exceptions and handle expiration tracking.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of internal and external insurance data, including mortgagee clauses, lender requirements, and insurable values.
- Support compliance audits conducted by lenders or internal departments, including those related to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Fitch, or periodic insurance reviews.
- Oversee and manage a dedicated portfolio of insurance accounts.
- Serve as an insurance expert by providing guidance and support to servicing, production, and leadership teams as needed.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers, Closers, and Escrow Managers to ensure continuous and accurate insurance coverage across the portfolio.
