Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for handling application processing, preparing ACORD forms, coordinating with underwriters, and managing quotes through email submissions and online insurance portals.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, complete, and review insurance applications and ACORD forms with accuracy.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email, ensuring all required documents are included.
- Generate and manage quotes using online insurance portals.
- Coordinate follow-ups with underwriters to secure competitive rates and coverage options.
- Maintain organized records of submissions, quotes, policy documents, and communications.
- Assist in policy renewals, endorsements, and updates as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting client needs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and insurance regulations.
