VAT Group AG, a global leader in high-performance vacuum valves and systems, is seeking an Instructor (Trainingskoordinator Assembly) to join our team. In this role, you will independently coordinate, plan, and execute basic and specialized training programs. Your work will be critical to increasing flexibility within our Assembly operations by ensuring personnel are qualified on a demand-driven basis.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate, plan, and execute basic and demand-specific specialized training.
- Monitor the progress of scheduled trainings.
- Document and archive all completed training.
- Plan and conduct initial certifications and re-certifications.
- Analyze knowledge assessments and schedule required refresher training.
- Revise and create training documents in collaboration with QA Assembly.
- Participate in process optimization projects.
- Continuously develop training processes for the Assembly area.
- Supervise and coordinate instructors during internship assignments in Assembly.
- Support global and cross-departmental activities related to training topics.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training and/or further education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various assembly techniques.
- Strong quality awareness, team, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Good English language skills.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a defined specific area.
